How to prepare your MTE

1. Add hot water (70–80 °C) to the MTE flask.
2. Insert the mate chamber and add about 4 tbsp of yerba mate.
3. Pour hot water into the mate chamber, place the straw lid gently and close the flask.
4. Sip and enjoy.
